About "Ai" and my Works
All of my images, created through digital painting tools, are the result of my own imagination, skill ,program knowledge and creativity, as well as the interpretation and exploration of the client's own input in case of commission work.
If we work together in any sort of project, you , the client ,are taking the compromise of NOT using my work as feed for the AI "art" machines to "learn" from, all of my works copyright belongs to me , unless differently agreed upon by the client, and even if the copyright is sold to the client they must compromise to not use it to "train" this new machines who have already stolen and profited off the work of so many other artists with out regard for copyright and credits.
Artificial intelligence is indeed a fascinating tool that could very well lead to many advantages for many, however , the conditions of illicit appropriation, use, and blatant disregard for the people and the hundreds of hours of work that they've put in their work only for it to be chopped to pieces and passed through a mill to deliver a final "image" has sadly shown that in this case it's not being utilized to better nor enable anyone ,but to devalue our craft and replace us,the original OWNERS of the images that are being used without our permission.
This whole situation is created by the people who are trying to take advantage of this grey period of lack of regulation to try and disagregate the concepts of intellectual property and copyright that have run the industries for years.
As if the means through which they are trying to achieve it were not almost completely un-etichal and almost illegal, relying on the fact that "if things are pushed far enough and quick enough (even with a lack of supervision and regulation) everyone will accept it as the new normality" even when the roots of its development are founded upon something that could easily be labeled as Theft.
For this reason I do not comply with use of any of my work for the bettering or any function that is related to any artificially created image and if you are looking for someone to do that I suggest you look someplace else.
If not, then please feel free to peruse the rest of my page at leisure
and I hope we can work together in the creation of your illustration.
