Terms of Service
General Terms
-I reserve the right to reject a commission If I feel uncomfortable with the particular subject at hand.
-I reserve the right to cancel a commission for personal or medical reasons(the client will be notified and I will proceed with the refound of any transfered money).
-Prices may vary in accordance to demand.
-I will do my best to work with the commissioner to achieve a satisfactory result!
-I don't consider making or selling any NFTs for the time being.
-I do not take responsibility should the commissioner not read the Terms of service; When purchasing any of my services the client is agreeing to the TOS regardless of them having read said terms or not.
Process & delivery
-The time to deliver an image can spawn from 1 to 6 weeks from the day the sketch was approved. The time it takes for the delivery will depend on how many commissions I'm working, the complexity of the piece and occasional revisions.
-The client must provide references for the design, small specific objects and the like.
If you want your character drawn in a specific pose please specify that as well.
-After we have discussed the details of the commisions I'll send the client thumbnails of possible compositions for the image.
From those the client will pick one and I will provide a rought sketch based on said thumbnail.
-I will send "work in progress" images to the client during the diferent stages of the process.
-Revisions during the sketch phase are free of charge as long as they don't deviate tremendously from the agreed thumbnail.
-All rough sketches and passes that will be sent to the client will have my watermark in them up until the final payment has been processed.
-The client has the right to two free minor revisions after the image is complete, as long as those revisions don't make me have to change a consistent part of the image.
-Anything that makes me have to redraw the image completely implies an additional fee.
-At the end of the production process the client will recive a DIGITAL high resolution .PNG file with out watermark but will still have the artists signature on it.
-Please make sure to have a clear idea of what you want before you give me the go! Details and nuances can be discussed during the rough sketch phase for a smoother workflow and better results!
Payment & Refound
-Client requested refunds are available at maximum until the cleaned sketch phase.
-After I finish the commission no chargebacks will be accepted, for the work has been completed; please don't invalidate the artist's work.
-Payments are via PayPal.
-Payments are accepted in Euro or USD.
-The client must not send me any money before we have agreed on the sketch and I’ve sent the client a PayPal invoice.
-For most cathegories the payment must be deposited fully after I deliver the rought final sketch; for rendered Half-body and full body pieces the payment is 50% after the rough sketch and 50% before I send you the final piece(this can be changed if discussed with me directly).
Copyright & Usage
For the Artist
-I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece in my Portfolio and share it on social media, should the client not desire the artwork to be shared on social media platforms please specify it during the commissioning process.
However, for heavy rendered pieces or pieces that might be a good demonstration of my skill, not being able to include the artwork in my portfolio would imply an additional fee.
-There is a chance I might stream online the making of the commission on my twitch channel, if you are against that please specify it in your request!
For the Commissioner
-The commissioner can claim the right to the character and the specifics of the design but not the artwork itself, as the maker of the image I reserve the right to display my craft as my own.
-Needless to say, please do not claim the artwork as made by you and do not remove my signature.
PERSONAL commissions
-The license is given to the commissioner to use the piece in their twitch chat,their discord,to use it on online spaces and to promote their social media presence, print it to decorate their home etc. (while still crediting the artist in some way).
-The artists signature or watermark must not be removed.
*Private commissions DO NOT AUTHORIZE the using of the copyrighted artwork in any form or way that results in revenue such as the selling of prints, stickers, mugs,
T-shirts, merchandize of any sort etc.
Doing such is copyright infringement.
To be able to do this with the commisioned piece please purchase from me a Commercial license!
COMMERCIAL commissions
-The license is given to the commissioner for the image to be used commercially and produce a revenue.
HOWEVER Commercial licenses are still required to credit the artist for the work in some form or manner, or to link the artists contact or social media unless agreed otherwise.
-By selling the client a commercial license,I ,the artist, am not forfeiting my ownership of the copyright of the image itself.
